بررسی رابطة استرس مالی با کیفیت زندگی کاری روستاییان: مطالعة موردی شهرستان ایلام

چکیده

مطالعة حاضر، با هدف بررسی رابطة استرس مالی با کیفیت زندگی کاری روستاییان شهرستان ایلام، از نظر روش داده­پردازی از نوع تحقیقات کمی- پیمایشی و از نظر نحوة گردآوری داده­ها توصیفی- علی و مقایسه­ای بود. جامعه آماری تحقیق افراد شاغل و ساکن روستاهای شهرستان ایلام بودند (21658=N) که از آن میان، بر اساس جدول مورگان، 377 نفر با استفاده از روش نمونه­گیری طبقه­ای تصادفی با انتساب متناسب به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. برای گردآوری اطلاعات، از پرسشنامه محقق‏ساخته استفاده شد که روایی آن از طریق پانل متخصصان و پایایی آن با استفاده از آلفای کرونباخ مورد تأیید قرار گرفت. نتایج تحلیل رگرسیون نشان داد که متغیرهای سن روستاییان، تعداد فرزندان، کیفیت زندگی مالی، استرس ناشی از شرایط شغلی و متغیر ساعات کار در هفته بیشترین تأثیر را در کیفیت زندگی کاری دارند.

چکیده [English]

 
The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between financial stress and quality of work life among the rural people of Ilam County of Iran. The statistical population included 21658 employed people living in the concerned rural areas, out of which 377 persons sampled by random sampling were selected according to Morgan table. The validity of questionnaire was confirmed by a panel of experts, and its reliability was estimated to be 0.76 by Cronbach's alpha. Regression analysis showed that the variables including the rural people's ages, number of children, quality of financial life, stress of job conditions, and working hours per week had the greatest impact on the quality of work life.
