Thus, this descriptive-survey study aims at investigating and identifying those diseases that bothered chief executive managers of greenhouse cooperatives in Kermanshah province of Iran. The study findings show that the cooperatives are vulnerable at a moderate level. In addition, a factor analysis reveals that the most important diseases of greenhouse cooperatives can be classified as the economic-credit, human resources, legal-political, administrative-managerial, and job subculture of the cooperatives. Increasing time intervals of loan repayment, decreasing interest rates, introducing protective agricultural tariffs with respect to energy costs, and developing extension programs are explored and found to be the best treatments for the identified diseases.
