Given the importance of agricultural insurance in reducing the farmers' risks and providing security for investment and production in the Agriculture Sector as well as its importance in improving farmers' incomes and reducing income volatilities, this study aims at investigating the factors affecting on success of Agricultural Insurance Fund and prioritizing the concerned effective strategies. In order to consider all factors and their effects on each other, the network analysis process (ANP) is used. The data were collected from agricultural insurance experts of Chaharmahal-va-Bakhtiyari province in 2012. Based on the results, the priorities of the proposed strategies are respectively suggested as follows: offering new insurance products, extension training, using the information technology, staff training, new methods of insurance, improving the quality and quantity of insurance operations, revising the organizational constitutions, offering insurance packages, and diversifying the funding sources.
