ارزیابی اثرات اعتبارات بهسازی بر تغییر الگوی مسکن روستایی (مطالعه موردی: دهستان دوست محمد شهرستان هیرمند)

چکیده

هدف این پژوهش ارزیابی اثرات اعتبارات بهسازی بر تغییر الگوی مسکن روستایی در روستاهای دهستان دوست محمد شهرستان هیرمند است. پژوهش حاضر از لحاظ هدف کاربردی و از حیث ماهیت و روش انجام کار توصیفی- تحلیلی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش را روستاهای دهستان دوست محمد شهرستان هیرمند تشکیل می­ دهد که بر طبق سرشماری سال 1395 جمعیت این دهستان 10121 نفر معادل 3257 خانوار است. این دهستان دارای 86 روستای دارای سکنه است که از این تعداد 10 روستا (12 درصد از روستاها) به عنوان نمونه آماری پژوهش انتخاب شده است. بر طبق سرشماری سال 1395 جمعیت این 10 روستا برابر با 835 خانوار (معادل 2881 نفر) است. برای انتخاب حجم نمونه از فرمول کوکران استفاده شده است. انتخاب حجم نمونه بر اساس تعداد خانوارها صورت گرفته است. حجم نمونه براساس فرمول کوکران 263 نفر محاسبه شده است. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده­ ها از آزمون t تک نمونه ­ای و رگرسیون خطی استفاده شده است. نتایج پژوهش نشان می­ دهد که بهسازی مسکن روستایی نقش مهمی در ایجاد تغییرات در اجزای مسکن روستایی برجای گذاشته است؛ به­ طوری­ که، این تغییرات را می توان در طرح و نقشه ظاهری و الگوبرداری گسترده از مساکن شهری، حذف برخی اجزای اساسی مسکن قدیم و نیز بهبود دسترسی به امکانات و خدمات زیرساختی و غیره مشاهده نمود. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که اثرات اعتبارات بهسازی بر هر سه بعد اقتصادی (3/595)، اجتماعی (3/319) و فیزیکی- کالبدی (3/875)، بالاتر از میانگین مطلوب ارزیابی شده است که نشان دهنده تأثیرات مثبت اعتبارات بهسازی بر این ابعاد است. نتیجه ضریب تعیین آزمون رگرسیون خطی برابر با 0/855 نشان داد که بین اعتبارات بهسازی و تغییر الگوی مسکن روستایی، رابطه کاملاً معنی­ دار و منسجمی برقرار است. به عبارتی می­ توان چنین بیان کرد که اثرات اعتبارات بهسازی بر تغییر الگوی مسکن روستایی در دهستان دوست محمد چشمگیر بوده است.

چکیده [English]

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effects of improvement credits on rural housing pattern change in Dust Mohammad villages of Hirmand. The current study is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-analytical in terms of nature and method. The population of the study is all villages of Dust Mohammad of Hirmand. According to the census of 2016, the population of this county is 10121 people, equivalent to 3257 households. This county has 86 inhabited villages of which 10 villages (12 percent of the villages) were selected as the statistical sample. According to the Census of 2016, the population of these 10 villages was 835 households (2881 people). Cochran's formula was used to select the sample size. Sample size selection was based on the number of households. Based on the Cochran's formula, 263 people were selected. One-sample t-test and linear regression were used to analyze the data. The results of the research showed that the improvement of rural housing has played an important role in creating changes in the components of rural housing; So, these changes can be seen in the design and the extensive patterning of urban housing, the removal of some basic components of the old housing, and the improvement of access to infrastructure facilities and services, etc. The results of the research showed that the effects of improvement loans on all three dimensions, economic (3.595), social (3.319) and physical-physical (3.875), were evaluated above the average, which shows positive effects of improvement credits on these dimension. The result of the coefficient of determination of the linear regression test equal to 0.855 showed that there is a significant and consistent relationship between the improvement credits and the change in the pattern of rural housing. In other words, it can be said that the effects of improvement credits on changing the pattern of rural housing in Dust Mohammad have been significant.
