ارزیابی صندوق اعتبارات خرد زنان روستایی در استان لرستان

چکیده

پژوهش حاضر با هدف تحلیل روند موفقیت صندوق اعتبارات خرد زنان روستایی با استفاده از اصول ارزشیابی مدیریت پروژه در استان لرستان انجام شد. جامعه آماری شامل 750 نفر از زنان عضو صندوق اعتبارات خرد بود که با استفاده از جدول کرجسی و مورگان، حجم نمونه 257 نفر انتخاب شد. ابزار جمع‌آوری داده‌ها پرسشنامه‌ای محقق‌ساخت بود، که روایی آن با نظر اعضای هیئت علمی گروه ترویج و آموزش کشاورزی دانشگاه علوم کشاورزی و منابع طبیعی خوزستان و کارشناسان سازمان جهاد کشاورزی استان لرستان و پایایی آن از طریق محاسبه آلفای کرونباخ تأیید شد. برای تحلیل داده‌ها در بخش آمار توصیفی، از آماره‌های میانگین، انحراف معیار، فراوانی و درصد فراوانی و در بخش تحلیل استنباطی، از آزمون همبستگی، آزمون تحلیل واریانس و تحلیل تشخیصی استفاده شد. نتایج گروه‌بندی حاصل از تحلیل تشخیصی نشان داد که تابع ممیزی قادر است با درجه صحت 4/79 درصد، سه نوع صندوق خوب، متوسط و ضعیف را گروه‌بندی کند؛ همچنین، 4/76 درصد اعضای صندوق خوب، 5/88 درصد اعضای صندوق متوسط و 5/70 درصد اعضای صندوق ضعیف به‌طور صحیح در صندوق خود قرار گرفته‌اند. افزون بر این، بر پایه یافته‌های آزمون همبستگی، اعضای دارای وضعیت بهتر به لحاظ درآمد، سابقه عضویت در صندوق، تعداد وام دریافتی و مبلغ وام دریافتی، نقش صندوق خرد در زندگی خود را از لحاظ اقتصادی، اجتماعی، فرهنگی و روان‌شناختی مطلوب‌تر ارزیابی کردند. بر اساس نتایج مطالعه، ارائه آموزش‌های کارآفرینانه و شناسایی خیّران برای حمایت مالی بیشتر از صندوق­‌ها توصیه می‌شود.

چکیده [English]

This study aimed at analyzing the success rate of rural women's micro-credit funds by applying principles of project management assessment in Lorestan province of Iran. The statistical population included 750 members of the rural women's micro-credit funds, out of whom 257 individuals were selected as the sample size using the Krejcie and Morgan table. The data collection tool was a researcher-made questionnaire. The data were analyzed by using the mean, standard deviation, frequency and frequency percentage in the descriptive statistics section and applying correlation test, ANOVA and diagnostic analysis in the inferential analysis section. Grouping results of the discriminant analysis indicated that the audit function was able to group three types of good, average, and weak funds with a 79.4 percent degree of accuracy. The study results also showed that 76.4 percent of the members of the good funds, 88.5 percent of the members of the average funds, and 70.5 percent of the members of the weak funds were properly placed in their funds. In addition, according to the correlation test results, the members with better status in terms of income, period of membership, number of received loans and amount of received loans were more satisfied economically, socially, culturally and psychologically with the performance of Agriculture-Jahad Organization of the province in the course of funds’ activities.
