تحلیل عملکرد دهیاری‌ها با رویکرد جنسیتی از دیدگاه مردم و شوراهای اسلامی: مطالعة موردی روستاهای شهرستان بوئین‌میاندشت

چکیده

تحقیق کاربردی حاضر با هدف تحلیل عملکرد دهیاران با رویکرد جنسیتی در شهرستان بوئین‌میاندشت به روش توصیفی- تحلیلی انجام گرفت و داده‏های پژوهش به دو روش میدانی و کتابخانه‌ای جمع‌آوری شد.. جامعه آماری شامل خانوارهای ساکن روستاهای دارای دهیاری شهرستان بوئین‌میاندشت بود (2654=N). نمونه‏گیری به روش تصادفی و با رعایت انتساب متناسب صورت گرفت و با استفاده از رابطة کوکران، تعداد نمونه 335 نفر به‏دست آمد. ابزار جمع‌آوری داده‏ها پرسشنامه بود که پایایی آن از طریق آلفای کرونباخ برابر با 87/0 به‏دست آمد. تحلیل داده­ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار SPSS و آزمون‌های t و رگرسیون لجستیک انجام شد. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که در حوزة اجتماعی، دهیاران زن عملکرد بهتری نسبت به دهیاران مرد دارند؛ البته در حوزة محیطی- کالبدی، دهیاران مرد از عملکرد بهتری برخوردارند و به‌طور کلی، عملکرد هر دو گروه از دهیاران در این حوزه نسبت به حوزه‌های دیگر بهتر است؛ همچنین، در حوزة مدیریت بحران، هر دو گروه از کمترین میانگین برخوردارند. نتایج رگرسیون لجستیک نیز نشان داد که حوزه‏های اجتماعی و محیطی- کالبدی تأثیر معنی­دار در عملکرد دهیاران دارند.

چکیده [English]

Regarding activity of female Village Administrators [Dehyaran], it is essential to evaluate the performance of Village Administrators [Dehyariha] with consideration of gender approaches. Therefore, this study aimed at analyzing the performance of Village Administrators with a gender approach in Boin-Miandasht County of Iran. It was an applied research conducted in a descriptive-analytical method. The required data was gathered in both field and library methods. The statistical population included rural households in villages of the County with the Village Administrators (N=2654); and among them, a sample size of 335 people were selected. The reliability of data-gathering questionnaire was confirmed (0.87) through Cronbach's alpha. Data analysis was done by using SPSS and t test as well as logistic regression. The results showed that female Village Administrators had better performance than male Village Administrators in social domain; and in environmental-physical domain, male Village Administrators had a better performance while both performed better in this domain compared to other domains. In addition, the logistic regression results indicated that the social and environmental-physical domains had a significant effect on the performance of Village Administrators.
