This study aims at identifying effective factors on the success of Agricultural Production Cooperatives (APCs) in Ilam province of Iran. The statistical society consists of all the mangers and members of APCs in Ilam province of Iran (N=782); among them, according to Cochran’s formula, a number of 254 people are selected through a statistical sampling in a stratified randomization method (n=254). The tool of research is a questionnaire, the validity of which is confirmed by a panel of experts and also its reliability is reported 0.84-0.94. The descriptive results indicate an appropriate and good amount of success of agricultural production cooperatives, in general. Also, the results of multiple regression show that 52.50 percent of variability for the success of APCs stemmed from “economics, attitude, management, educational, personality and environmental factors”.
