تبیین ضرورت توسعه دانش­بنیان در سواحل مکران با استفاده از روش روایت­ نگاری

چکیده
پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی روایت­ نگاری ضرورت توسعه دانش ­بنیان در سواحل مکران انجام شد. این پژوهش ازنظر هدف، کاربردی و دارای ماهیت تفسیری و تحلیلی و از لحاظ روش در گروه پژوهش­ های ترکیبی قرار دارد که به­ منظور تبیین اهداف تحقیق از روش­ های کیفی و کمی استفاده شد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده­ ها و اطلاعات با استفاده از روش­ های روایت­ نگاری و دلفی و همچنین مدل FARAS انجام شد. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که ضرورتهای توسعه در سواحل مکران شامل توجه به اقتصاد دانش ­بنیان، خوداشتغالی و کارآفرینی و ابزار پنهان در جنگ اقتصادی  به ­عنوان مهمترین رویکرد در راستای اقتصاد مقاومتی، تحقق توسعه زیست ­بوم کارآفرینی و نوآوری - راهبرد مهم و استراتژیک توسعه دانش­ بنیان سواحل مکران است. وجود دلایل متعددی در عدم سرمایه ­گذاری در این سواحل و کرانه­ ها و پسکرانه ­های آن و توجه ناکافی به مقوله توسعه دریامحور، مسائل اقتصادی و اجتماعی در این منطقه، موج ششم دانش ­بنیانی در جهان و ایران، ویژگی منحصر به ­فرد دانش ­بنیان، ظرفیت­ها و قابلیت­ های ذاتی سواحل مکران از جمله عواملی هستند که از بین آن­ها وجود دلایل متعددی در عدم سرمایه­ گذاری در سواحل مکران و کرانه ­ها و پسکرانه­ های آن و توجه ناکافی به مقوله توسعه دریامحور با مقدار وزن 0/453، بیشترین رتبه و ضرورت ویژگی منحصر به ­فرد دانش ­بنیان با مقدار وزن 0/390 کمترین رتبه را دارد.

Narration of the Necessity of Knowledge-Based Development in Makran Coasts

Abstract
Introduction
Iran, facing international sanctions and an oil sales embargo, has seen a rise in its global innovation ranking but still lags behind in regional and global competitiveness. The Makran coast in Iran holds strategic importance but has been underutilized compared to other coastal regions. This study aims to explore the need for knowledge-based development in the Makran coast and identify key priorities.
Materials and Methods
This research employs a mixed-method approach, combining qualitative and quantitative analysis using narrative, Delphi method, and FARAS model. Data collection includes documentary research, interviews, and questionnaires with experts in the field. A sample of 30 experts was selected using targeted sampling.
Results and Discussion
The study highlights the importance of knowledge-based development in the Makran coast, emphasizing its role in economic warfare, self-employment, and entrepreneurship. The lack of investment in the region and the neglect of sea-oriented development are identified as key challenges. The unique knowledge-based capabilities of the Makran coast are underscored as crucial for its development.
Conclusions
Investing in knowledge-based development in the Makran coast can lead to a creative economy, fostering entrepreneurshipand innovation. This approach can serve as a tool for economic growth and enhance the country's competitiveness in the global market.
