Abstract

taking into account the close relationship of rural communities with the natural environment and the fact that most of these villages have been formed by the influence of natural factors, their relocation and transfer to another place will undoubtedly cause the separation of social, economic and natural ties. Their emotional relationship with the surrounding environment raises issues about the residents' adaptation to the new environment and the quality of life. The present study was conducted with the aim of the impact of resettlement on the quality of life and the explanation of the factors affecting it in resettled villages in Khuzestan province. The descriptive and analytical research method and the required data have been collected using questionnaires and field operations. The obtained results showed that the level of satisfaction with life in the 6-scale Likert is equal to 4.53 and the highest and lowest level of satisfaction is related to the realms of well-being and welfare services. In addition, the results of the factor analysis in four dimensions to measure the level of satisfaction with the quality of life at the level of resettlement villages in Khuzestan province, it was identified that the four natural and environmental factors, physical development, economic development, social and cultural development, have a total They explain 67/6% of the variance of the quality of life.
