In order to data collection in the qualitative phase, semi-structured interviews with 17 experts in various fields including educational management, organizational entrepreneurship and agricultural education were used. Data were collected using snowball sampling technique until theoretical saturation was achieved. Thematic analysis method was used to analyze the data. In the quantitative phase, a questionnaire was used to collect data, which had been developed based on the results of the qualitative phase. According to the Krejcie-Morgan’s table, out of 270 faculty members in the fields of entrepreneurship and agriculture at Agricultural University-Jihad, 154 were randomly studied. Data were analyzed using structural equation modeling technique in Smartpls3 software environment. The results showed that organizational entrepreneurship in the studied centers consists of seven components that are important in order of cultural and social, financial and support components, research services, policy and planning, educational structure, service delivery and publishing services.
