The purpose of this study is to identify the effective economic factors that accelerate or impede the utilization of rural industries and to introduce strategies that facilitate their utilization. The study showed that despite the devotion of considerable time and money for the issuance of the licenses to establish industrial estates and workshops by government and non government organization, these investments were not utilized desirably. In addition, regarding economic and individual factors, there were no significant differences between utilized and non utilized industries in rural areas of Esfahan province.
