Abstract

Th The data was collected in two forms (referring to different organizations) and field (questionnaire) in the field of three social, economic and physical indicators. Statistical society, 2623 residents of 5 villages in the central part of Zahedan city (in which the Hadi project was implemented), 335 of whom were selected as the sample size by simple random sampling method and using Cochran's formula. The obtained data were analyzed using SPSS software. One-sample T-test and Kruskal-Wallis were used to analyze the data. The results of the research showed that the performance of Hadi's design with an average of 2.52 in all dimensions was lower than average in the studied villages (3). In other words, the level of satisfaction of the villagers with the implementation of the rural leader plan in the economic component with an average of 2.71, social 2.54 and physical 2.31 is very low and below average. Finally, it should be said that this plan, which is considered as a plan to get out of the poor condition of the villages, can, on the one hand, improve the physical environment of rural settlements, and give a suitable direction to the physical growth and expansion of these population centers. On the other hand, it has not been able to be very effective in the villages of the central part of Zahedan to regulate the position of these centers in spatial relations and links.
