Survey research method was used. The statistical population of the study consisted of residents of villages which experienced the guidance project more than five years. A sample of 200 residents was selected randomly and the data was gathered using a questionnaire. Results showed that the project had great influence in the field of disposal and waste reduction; also, its effect was at a moderate to low level regarding the collection of animal waste from the village. However, in providing cultural and recreational spaces, the successes were not acceptable. Most of the rural residents were willing to attract tourists; but in most of the villages, tourism potentials were not suitably used. The rural people who had planned to stay in their villages were more willing to rural tourist attraction than those who were planning to immigrate. Women also were less likely willing to attract tourists in their village than men. Based on the factor analysis, six factors developing rural tourism platforms were extracted that accounted for 75.54 percent of variances. تحقیق حاضر، با هدف بررسی نگرش روستاییان اردبیل نسبت به اثرات طرح هادی در توسعه زیرساخت‌­های گردشگری روستایی، به روش پیمایشی انجام شد و جامعه آماری آن اهالی روستاهایی بودند که از اجرای طرح هادی در آنها بیش از پنج سال گذشته بود. نمونه­ای متشکل از دویست نفر از اهالی به صورت تصادفی چندمرحله‌­ای انتخاب و اطلاعات لازم جمع‌­آوری شد. ابزار تحقیق پرسشنامه بود. نتایج نشان داد که طرح در برخی زمینه­‌ها مثل دفع زباله دارای تأثیر زیاد و در جمع­‌آوری فضولات حیوانی دارای تأثیر متوسط بود، ولی در ایجاد فضاهای فرهنگی و تفریحی میزان موفقیت طرح قابل قبول نبود؛ اکثر روستاییان تمایل زیادی به جذب گردشگر در روستای خود داشتند، ولی در اکثر روستاها از توان گردشگری روستاها استفاده نشده بود؛ روستاییان دارای قصد اقامت در روستای خود تمایل بیشتری به جذب گردشگر در روستا داشتند؛ و زنان نسبت به مردان تمایل کمتری به جذب گردشگر در روستای خود را داشتند. در نتیجه تحلیل عاملی، شش عامل بسترساز توسعه گردشگری روستایی، در مجموع، 54/75 درصد از واریانس را تبیین کردند. http://rvt.agri-peri.ac.ir/article_66075_e68d95c0db15c013678c62638a7b8acb.pdf
