The research population included all these cooperatives according to a census of rural cooperatives in Isfahan county. A systematic random sampling method was used to interview all the cooperative managers and board of directors as well as 260 rural cooperative members. Results of regression analysis by using three separate questionnaires showed a strong relation between the participation of members and the success of the cooperatives. In addition, the study results showed that the members' participation in the management of cooperatives was moderate. So, the effect in question was found quite significant.   رمز موفقیت تعاونی‌ها مشارکت اعضا در مدیریت آنهاست؛ و در تعاونی‌های روستایی، به دلیل ماهیت ویژه و اتکای اداره تعاونی بر خواست اعضا و نقش آنها در جهت‌گیری‌های شرکت، مشارکت اعضا از اهمیت بیشتری برخوردار است. هدف کلی تحقیق حاضر مطالعه تأثیر مشارکت اجتماعی کشاورزان عضو بر موفقیت تعاونی‌های نوزده‌گانه تولید روستایی شهرستان اصفهان بود. جامعه آماری تحقیق کلیه این شرکت‌ها را دربرمی‌گرفت. گردآوری داده‏های پژوهش از کلیه مدیران شرکت‌های تعاونی روستایی شهرستان و 260 نفر از اعضای آنها به روش نمونه‏گیری نظام‌مند تصادفی انجام شد. یافته‌ها نشان داد که مشارکت اعضا در مدیریت تعاونی‌های تولید روستایی در حد متوسط است؛ همچنین، ضریب همبستگی چندگانه نشان‌دهنده رابطه قوی بین متغیر مشارکت اجتماعی اعضا و متغیر موفقیت بوده و از این‏رو، تأثیر مشارکت اعضا در موفقیت تعاونی‌ها کاملاً قابل توجه ارزیابی شده است.      http://rvt.agri-peri.ac.ir/article_59473_08b114c9c83e0efcac6a0fcb562b6ad4.pdf
