It was conducted in a<br />causal relationship method. The statistical society included the rural youth,<br />between 18 to 24 years, living in rural areas of the province (102089 people).<br />The sample size was determined based on Krejcie and Morgan table (384 persons).<br />The method used to access the samples was a stratified random sampling method. The<br />result of multiple regression indicated that interest in agricultural<br />activities, agricultural land area, collaboration with agricultural service<br />centers, willingness to team work, cooperation with rural council, and<br />collaboration with Jihad for Agriculture administration had a positive impact and<br />collaboration with production cooperatives, having technical knowledge and<br />information had a negative impact on the attitudes of the studied people,<br />anticipating some 47.7 percent of the variance of the dependent variable. This<br />study recommended the development of high school agricultural training centers<br />in rural areas, design and implementation of appropriate educational programs<br />such as visits to successful projects and entrepreneurs, design and<br />implementation of participatory programs, appropriate policies and support for<br />young people in rural areas.    پژوهش حاضر به بررسی ویژگی­های مؤثر بر نگرش آنها نسبت به اشتغال در بخش کشاورزی پرداخته است. جامعه آماری تحقیق شامل جوانان روستایی بین 18 تا 24 سال ساکن مناطق روستایی استان سمنان به تعداد 102089 نفر بود. حجم نمونه بر اساس جدول کرجسی و مورگان به تعداد 384 نفر تعیین شد. به منظور دسترسی به اهداف تحقیق از آزمونهای همبستگی و رگرسیون چندگانه استفاده شد. نتایج رگرسیون چندگانه حاکی از آن بود که علاقه‌مندی به انجام فعالیت­های کشاورزی، سطح زمین زراعی، همکاری با مراکز خدمات کشاورزی، تمایل به انجام کار گروهی، همکاری با شورای اسلامی روستا، و همکاری با مدیریت جهاد کشاورزی به‌طور مثبت و همکاری با تعاونی تولید و میزان برخورداری از اطلاعات و دانش فنی به‌طور منفی بر نگرش جوانان روستایی تأثیر دارند. توسعه مراکز آموزش کشاورزی در سطوح متوسطه در مناطق روستایی، طراحی و اجرای برنامه‌های آموزشی مناسب از قبیل بازدید از پروژه‌های موفق و کارآفرینان، طراحی و اجرای برنامه‌های مشارکتی، سیاست­گذاری مناسب و حمایت­های لازم از جوانان روستایی از جمله پیشنهادهای مطالعه حاضر بودند.  http://rvt.agri-peri.ac.ir/article_59433_0e8802abf27d003af99838bc5a8bc9f6.pdf
