This applied study was conducted in a descriptive-correlation method. Data was collected through a questionnaire that was developed by researchers and it was confirmed by Cronbach's alpha coefficient (0.90). Statistical society included all the member farmers of two corporations selected in a propositional-random sampling method out of the seven corporations established in southern areas of South Khorasan Province of Iran (N=599). The sample size was determined through Krejcie and Morgan table (n=234). Study results showed that the farming corporations were placed in the average and high levels in the fields of technical and professional skills (Mean=3.59), the psychological empowerment (Mean=3.3) and the economic empowerment of farmers (Mean= 2.97), respectively. They have been successful in improving the empowerment indexes. In addition, the results showed that there was a significant positive relation between farmers' attitudes and their satisfaction to the consults of the corporations, awareness of the corporations, job experience in agriculture and their capabilities.  هدف تحقیق پیمایشی حاضر بررسی نقش شرکت­های سهامی زراعی در بهبود شاخص‌های توانمندسازی کشاورزان عضو این شرکت­هاست. پژوهش حاضر از لحاظ هدف، کاربردی و از لحاظ تحلیل داده‌ها توصیفی و همبستگی است. داده‌های تحقیق از طریق پرسشنامه محقق‌ساخته جمع‌آوری شد. جامعه آماری تحقیق شامل کلیه اعضای شرکت­های سهامی زراعی جنوب استان خراسان جنوبی با جمعیت 599 نفر بود. حجم نمونه بر طبق جدول کرجسی و مورگان 234 نفر مشخص شد. نتایج نشان داد که شرکت­های سهامی زراعی، به­ترتیب، در زمینه توانمندی فنی و حرفه‌ای با میانگین 59/3، توانمندی اجتماعی و روانی با میانگین 3/3 و توانمندی اقتصادی کشاورزان با میانگین 97/2 در حد متوسط و متوسط به بالا عمل کرده و در بهبود شاخص­های توانمندسازی کشاورزان نقش مؤثر داشته‌اند. همچنین، نتایج نشان داد که رابطه مثبت و معنی­داری بین نگرش کشاورزان و رضایت آنها از شرکت، مورد مشورت قرار گرفتن، آگاهی از شرکت، سابقه کار کشاورزی و میزان توانمندی آنها وجود دارد.  http://rvt.agri-peri.ac.ir/article_59429_366ce113e56788a2462a62e0dc0e00ae.pdf
