It was an applied research conducted in a survey method. The statistical population consisted of all 810 specialists of Agricultural Extension and Education who were working in the Cooperation Management of Extension in the Organizations of Jihad for Agriculture in all provinces of Iran (N=810). Using a stratified random sampling, 189 persons were selected as the sample. The data were collected through a questionnaire, the validity of which was confirmed by a panel of extension and education experts. The study results indicated that among the studied characteristics, the suitable interactions were in the highest priority in current situation, while for creating a desirable situation, comprehensiveness of policy should be paid more attention. The results of paired t- test showed that there were significant differences between current and desirable situations of all six components.          تحقیق حاضر، به­لحاظ هدف، از نوع تحقیقات کاربردی بوده که به روش پیمایشی انجام شده است. جامعه آماری تحقیق کارشناسان وزارت جهاد کشاورزی شاغل در مدیریت هماهنگی ترویج سازمان‌های جهاد کشاورزی استان‌های کشور بودند (810= N ). با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری طبقه‌ای تصادفی، تعداد 189 نفر به­عنوان حجم نمونه انتخاب شدند. ابزار جمع­آوری داده­ها پرسشنامه بود که روایی آن به تأیید پانلی از اساتید ترویج و آموزش کشاورزی رسید. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که در شرایط موجود، در بین شش مؤلفه مورد بررسی، مؤلفه تعاملات مناسب در اولویت قرار دارد، در حالی که برای خلق یک شرایط مطلوب برای کشاورز- محور شدن فعالیت­های آموزشی و ترویجی، باید مؤلفه سیاست‌های جامع در اولویت باشد. بر اساس نتایج آزمون t همبسته، بین وضعیت­های موجود و مطلوب هر شش مؤلفه­ تفاوت معنی­دار وجود دارد.   http://rvt.agri-peri.ac.ir/article_59423_bf3006020313e7c39789d2171f4e98ab.pdf
