The statistical population consists of the farmers implementing the project in Kermanshah province of Iran (72 members), who are studied through a census method in 2009 and finally, resulted in studying 64 members. In order to gather information, a questionnaire is used, the content validity of which is established by a panel of experts and the reliability of which is estimated by Cronbach's alpha (α=0.78). The correlation results indicate no significant relation of the farmers' individual and professional characteristics with the success of FTF project in the province.        هدف کلی تحقیق حاضر بررسی ارتباط بین موفقیت طرح «تسریع انتقال یافته­های تحقیقاتی» و ویژگی­های کشاورزان مجری طرح در استان کرمانشاه بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش کشاورزان مجری طرح در این استان (72 نفر) را دربرمی­گرفت که از آن میان، پس از بررسی به روش سرشماری در 1388، سرانجام، مطالعه روی 64 نفر انجام شد؛ همچنین، گرد­آوری اطلاعات با بهره­گیری از پرسشنامه انجام پذیرفت. نتایج آزمون همبستگی نشان داد که ویژگی­های فردی و حرفه­ای کشاورزان مجری طرح ترویجی «تسریع انتقال یافته­های تحقیقاتی» دارای هیچ­گونه رابطه معنی­دار با موفقیت این طرح نیست.    http://rvt.agri-peri.ac.ir/article_59409_2cac0e6a7cc3038c3e3da05592cc2649.pdf
