For This purpose, it makes use of a correlative analysis as well as a step by step regression. This is an applied research in a descriptive-correlative method and its studied population includes 190 pasture cooperative members of the province. Multi-variable regression results show that a number of variables including the members’ satisfaction of the cooperative performance, contact of the cooperative with the Natural Resources Department, management qualifications of the cooperative managers, and holding educational courses are positively effective on the extent of these pasture cooperatives’ success in protection and restoring of the pastures. In addition, according to the results from the correlative coefficient of variables, the variables of the members’ educational level, duration of their membership, connection of the cooperative with the other pasture cooperatives, holding educational courses, the members’ satisfaction of the cooperative performance, management qualifications of the cooperative managers, and contact of the cooperative with the Natural Resources Department have significantly positive relations with the success in protecting and restoring the pastures.         تحقیق حاضر به بررسی دیدگاه­های اعضای تعاونی­های مرتع­داری درباره برخی اقدامات اجرایی در طرح­های مرتع­داری استان گلستان می­پردازد؛ و بدین منظور، از تحلیل همبستگی و رگرسیون گام به گام بهره می­گیرد. تحقیق از نوع کاربردی و روش آن توصیفی- همبستگی بوده، جمعیت مورد مطالعه شامل 190 نفر از اعضای تعاونی مرتع­داری استان گلستان است. نتایج رگرسیون نشان می­دهد که متغیرهای رضایت اعضا از عملکرد تعاونی، ارتباط تعاونی با اداره منابع طبیعی، صلاحیت مدیریتی مدیران تعاونی، و برگزاری دوره­های آموزشی دارای تأثیر مثبت بر میزان موفقیت تعاونی­های مرتع­داری در حفظ و احیای مراتع است. همچنین، بر اساس نتایج به­دست آمده از ضریب همبستگی بین متغیرها، رابطه متغیرهای سطح تحصیلات اعضا، سابقه عضویت اعضای تعاونی، ارتباط تعاونی با سایر تعاونی­های مرتع­داری، برگزاری دوره­های آموزشی، رضایت اعضا از عملکرد تعاونی، صلاحیت مدیریتی مدیران تعاونی، و ارتباط تعاونی با ادارات منابع طبیعی با میزان موفقیت در حفظ و احیای مراتع مثبت و معنی­دار است. http://rvt.agri-peri.ac.ir/article_59390_799986dabb01736d65cff84b35269e67.pdf
