First, a number of environmental and economic indicators have been drawn from the existing literature to examine the effects. Second, required information has been collected through a questionnaire from three sub-districts in the central region of Noushahr county. The research method is descriptive-analytical and to analyze the data, non parametric statistical tests were applied in accordance with the type of data. The study results indicate that tourism has positive economic effects such as increasing employment opportunities and income, as well as negative environmental and economic effects such as raising the price of goods and services, falsely increasing land price, raising the level of noise pollution in the area, and misusing natural resources. According to chi-squared statistic there is a significant agreement among the residents in relation to this subject. The level of tourism impact on economic and environmental dimensions differs significantly among sub-districts. Such that, from the point of view of residents there is a direct relationship between the tourism growth and negative economic impacts.     هدف این مقاله شناخت اثرات اقتصادی و محیطی گردشگری بر نواحی روستایی از دیدگاه ساکنان است. ابتدا با استفاده از متون موجود، برخی شاخص ­ های اقتصادی و محیطی برای بررسی اثرات استخراج شده و سپس بر اساس آن، داده ­­ ­های مورد نیاز از طریق پرسشنامه از سه دهستان در بخش مرکزی شهرستان نوشهر گردآوری شده است. روش تحقیق توصیفی- تحلیلی است که متناسب با نوع داده ­ ها, آزمون ­ های آماری ناپارامتری برای تحلیل داده­ها به کار گرفته شده است. نتایج تحقیق نشان می ­ دهد که از دیدگاه ساکنان, گردشگری اثرات اقتصادی مثبتی نظیر افزایش فرصت ­ های شغلی و درآمد و اثرات منفی اقتصادی و محیطی نظیر افزایش قیمت کالا و خدمات، افزایش کاذب قیمت زمین، افزایش آلودگی صوتی، و دست‌اندازی به حریم منابع طبیعی را موجب شده است. براساس آماره آزمون کای اسکوئر، در این زمینه توافق معنی ­ دار بین ساکنان وجود دارد. میزان اثرگذاری گردشگری بر ابعاد اقتصادی و محیطی در میان دهستان ­ های این ناحیه تفاوت­هایی معنی­دار را نشان می­دهد؛ به گونه­ای که بر اساس دیدگاه ساکنان، اثرات منفی اقتصادی و محیطی با رشد گردشگری یا میزان کارکرد گردشگری رابطه­ای مستقیم دارد.     http://rvt.agri-peri.ac.ir/article_59313_711e20fdbb779edbe70ed19037df1f81.pdf
