It is an applied and descriptive-correlative study. The statistical population consists of 30 experts from Jihad for Agricultural Bureau in Rey county during 2011. The research tool is a questionnaire and its validity is assessed by academic experts and its reliability examined by Cronbach's Alpha coefficient. The examination of correlation coefficients indicates that training, financial, institutional-organizational, and cognitive limitations have significant and positive relationships with the application of integrated crop management while it has a negative relationship with age of respondents. In addition, the results of multiple regression show that the aforementioned variables can explain 60% of changes in the application of integrated crop management.       تحقیق حاضر که به بررسی و تحلیل موانع کاربرد مدیریت تلفیقی محصول در کشاورزی پایدار از دیدگاه کارشناسان شهرستان ری می‌پردازد، از لحاظ هدف، کاربردی؛ از نظر میزان نظارت و کنترل، میدانی؛ و از لحاظ گردآوری داده­ها جزء پژوهش­های توصیفی ـ همبستگی به‌شمار می‌رود. جامعه آماری تحقیق کلیه سی کارشناس اداره جهاد کشاورزی شهر ری در 1390 را شامل می‌شود. ابزار پژوهش پرسشنامه است، که روایی آن به تأیید اساتید دانشگاه و کارشناسان رسیده، پایایی آن نیز با استفاده از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ محاسبه می‌شود. بررسی ضرایب همبستگی نشان می‌دهد که موانع آموزشی، مالی، نهادی ـ سازمانی، شناختی (نگرشی) با کاربرد مدیریت تلفیقی محصول رابطه مثبت و معنی‌دار دارد، ولی با سن افراد دارای رابطه منفی است. همچنین، بر اساس نتایج حاصل از رگرسیون چندگانه به­روش گام به گام، متغیرهای یادشده، در مجموع، شصت درصد از کاربرد مدیریت تلفیقی محصول را تبیین می‌کنند.   http://rvt.agri-peri.ac.ir/article_59097_f2d68a1d068d461c4319ba5820fe38b4.pdf
