بررسی ظرفیتهای شوراهای روستایی برای بهبود مشارکت جوامع روستایی در انتخابات شهرستان خرم آباد
یکی از نهادهای مدنی فعال در روستاها، شوراهای روستایی است که میتوان از ظرفیت و توان آنها در عرصه نهادینهسازی مشارکت سیاسی جامعه هدف بهره گرفت. از اینرو، در پژوهش حاضر، با بهرهگیری از نظریه مفهومسازی بنیادی(GT) و بر اساس مدل اشترواس و کوربین، ظرفیت شوراهای روستایی برای بهبود و اصلاح مشارکت جوامع روستایی در انتخابات بخش روستایی شهرستان خرمآباد، شناسایی و چگونگی بهرهمندی از آن مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. جامعه هدف تحقیق اعضای شوراهای روستایی شهرستان خرمآباد و کارشناسان مرتبط با امور شوراهای روستایی در فرمانداری و بخشداری مرکزی این شهرستان بودند که از آن میان، با نمونهگیری هدفمند به شیوه گلولهبرفی، هجده نفر انتخاب شدند. برای گردآوری اطلاعات، مصاحبههای نیمهساختارمند صورت گرفت که اعتبار و درستی دادهها به روش بازبینی توسط مشارکتکنندگان مورد تایید قرار گرفت؛ و همچنین، بـرای افزایـش اطمینـان پذیری پژوهـش اقدام به مسـیرنمایی حسابرسـی گردید. نتایج نشان داد که "انجام اقدامات لازم برای تقویت جایگاه شوراها در عرصه سیاسی در سطوح قانونگذاری و اجرایی و نیز بازنگری در شرح وظایف شوراها" میتواند زمینهساز تحول بزرگی در راستای افزایش مشارکت جوامع روستایی در انتخابات باشد؛ همچنین، "تقویت روحیه مشارکت و کار گروهی در مناطق روستایی"، "مشارکت دادن شوراها در تصمیمات منطقهای" و "رعایت بیطرفی اعضای شوراها نسبت به نامزدهای انتخاباتی" میتواند در این راستا، مؤثر و سودمند باشد و در نهایت به "افزایش مشارکت روستاییان در تعیین سرنوشت خود" منجر گردد.

بررسی توسعه یافتگی مناطق روستایی شهرستان همدان بر پایه شاخصهای اجتماعی، اقتصادی و فرهنگی
رشد پایدار و متوازن در کشور نیازمند توسعه روستایی همگام با توسعه شهری بهعنوان یک ضرورت است که در بیشتر کشورهای در حال توسعه و بهویژه ایران، از سوی سیاستگذاران مورد غفلت واقع شده است. بهمنظور یافتن راهکاری مناسب برای حرکت در مسیر توسعه متوازن، لازم است تا جایگاه و وضعیت توسعهیافتگی مناطق روستایی تعیین و با توجه بدین جایگاه، سیاستها و برنامههای توسعهای تدوین و اجرا شود. در مطالعه حاضر، وضعیت توسعهیافتگی ۱۰۳ روستا در قالب هشت دهستان از شهرستان همدان بر اساس سیزده شاخص اجتماعی، اقتصادی و فرهنگی در سال 1398 بررسی شد. برای رتبهبندی روستاها، از شاخصهای توسعه به روش تاکسونومی استفاده شد. نتایج مطالعه نشان داد که روستاهای شورین، گنبد و سلولان بالاترین سطح توسعهیافتگی (برخورداری) را دارند و روستاهای حسنآباد، ایدهلو و آنجلاس کمبرخوردارترین روستاهای این شهرستان بهشمار میروند؛ همچنین، در شاخصهای ارزیابی، رتبه هر روستا متفاوت و در واقع، برآیند مجموع شاخصهای مورد بررسی است. افزون بر این، نتایج مطالعه حاکی از عدم قطعیت در وجود ارتباط معنیدار میان رتبه هر روستا و شاخصهای مورد نظر بود و اما، تاثیر معکوس «فاصله روستا از شهر» و «میزان توسعهیافتگی روستا» تأیید شد. از اینرو، انتظار میرود که با افزایش سطح خدمات و امکانات در مناطق کمبرخوردارتر، توسعه متوازن در شهرستان همدان محقق شود.

واکاوی هویت اجتماعی جوانان روستایی با تاکید بر هویت مجازی: مطالعه موردی دهستان سررود جنوبی
هویت هر شخص به آن فرد ویژگیای میبخشد که او را از سایر افراد متمایز میسازد. افزایش استفاده از اینترنت و شبکههای اجتماعی بین جوانان سبب شکلگیری محیطی جدید با عنوان «دنیای مجازی» و به دنبال آن، «هویت مجازی» شده است. در پژوهش حاضر، با هدف واکاوی هویت جوانان و با بهرهگیری از روشهای توصیفی- تحلیلی و پیمایشی، تفاوت بین هویت افراد در دو دنیای واقعی و مجازی در دهستان سررود جنوبی شهرستان بویراحمد بررسی شد. گردآوری دادههای مورد نیاز از طریق روشهای میدانی (پرسشنامه) و اسنادی صورت گرفت. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل جوانان ساکن دهستان سررود جنوبی بود که از آن میان، 376 نفر در بیست سکونتگاه روستایی به روش نمونهگیری خوشهای چندمرحلهای و هدفمند انتخاب شدند و مورد آزمون قرار گرفتند. ابعاد مورد بررسی در تحقیق حاضر نیز شامل هویت مذهبی، هویت خانوادگی، هویت مدرن (امروزی) و هویت قومی بود. نتایج نشان داد که بین هویت واقعی و هویت مجازی جوانان با خوداختلافی 68/0 تفاوت وجود دارد؛ همچنین، بیشترین و کمترین خوداختلافی با میانگین 85/1 و 24/0-، بهترتیب، به هویت خانوادگی و هویت امروزی برمیگردد؛ به دیگر سخن، میانگین هویت خانوادگی در دنیای واقعی بیش از دنیای مجازی و میانگین هویت امروزی در دنیای واقعی کمتر از دنیای مجازی است. همچنین، نتیجه تحلیل آزمون پیرسون نشان داد که بین همه ابعاد هویت در دو دنیای واقعی و مجازی روابط معنیدار وجود دارد؛ این همبستگی در ابعاد هویت مذهبی و خانوادگی منفی و در ابعاد هویت امروزی و هویت قومی مثبت است.

راهبردهای توسعه ساماندهی عشایر حوزه زاگرس: کاربرد نظریه زمینهای
هدف از انجام تحقیق کیفی حاضر واکاوی راهبردهای توسعه ساماندهی عشایر حوزه زاگرس بر اساس نظریه زمینهای بود. دادههای پژوهش با مصاحبه نیمهساختارمند و روش نمونهگیری هدفمند با سی نفر از متخصصان، مدیران و صاحبنظران حوزه عشایر گردآوری شد. همچنین، مراحل استخراج نظریه و فرآیند کدگذاری با بهرهگیری از نرمافزار MAXqda18 انجام شد. بر پایه یافتههای پژوهش، مقولاتی چون عدم موفقیت طرحهای پیشین، عدم توجه به پایداری محیط زیست، عدم توجه به سرمایه انسانی، طبیعی و توان بومشناختی مناطق عشایری، عدم آسیبشناسی فرهنگی- اجتماعی و عدم توجه به اسناد بالادستی بهعنوان شرایط علی مؤثر بر توسعه ساماندهی عشایر حوزه زاگرس شناسایی شدند؛ شرایط زمینهای نیز شامل مقولاتی چون عدم هماهنگی در برنامهریزی و اجرا، کمبود منابع مالی، موانع فرهنگی، کمبود نیروی انسانی متخصص، موانع فناوری و موانع طبیعی بودند. این در حالی است که تغییر مداوم الگوی زیست، عدم سرمایهگذاری و بازاریابی، بیتوجهی به توانهای موجود در منطقه، اجرای سیاستهای توسعهای موازی و ناهماهنگی بین استانهای حوزه زاگرس نیز بهعنوان شرایط مداخلهگر مشخص شدند. همچنین، بهمنظور توسعه ساماندهی عشایر حوزه زاگرس، راهبردهایی چون برنامهریزی غیرمتمرکز و منطقهای، نظام مدیریت مشارکتی، نظام مدیریت محلی(ایلی)، ایجاد تعاونیهای عشایری، بومگردی عشایری و ایجاد بازارچههای محلی شناسایی شدند. در نهایت، مشخص شد که توسعه ساماندهی عشایر حوزه زاگرس پیامدهایی از قبیل پایداری محیط زیست، برقراری عدالت اجتماعی، اشتغال پایدار، احیای زیستبومهای جنگل و مرتع، امنیت غذایی و بهرهوری را در جامعه مورد بررسی بهدنبال خواهد داشت. با استناد به یافتههای پژوهش حاضر، ضمن توجه بیشتر به عشایر منطقه در حمایت از تصمیمگیریهای سیاستگذاران، برنامهریزان و مدیران ذیربط، میتوان در راستای دستیابی به توسعه پایدار گام برداشت.

واکاوی معنایی وضعیت تحولات و دگرگونی در کار اقتصادی زنان در مناطق روستایی: مطالعه موردی روستای گرمه از توابع بخش کامفیروز در استان فارس
در پژوهش کیفی حاضر، وضعیت تحولات نقش زنان در روستای گرمه از توابع بخش کامفیروز شهرستان مرودشت به روش نظریه زمینهای (بنیانی) بررسی شد. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل کلیه زنان فعال در بخش کشاورزی منطقه بود و حجم نمونه، منطبق با نمونهگیری سهمیهای و هدفمند و تا حصول اشباع نظری، شانزده نفر را دربر میگرفت. یافتههای مطالعه نشان داد که در مقایسه با گذشته، میزان کار کشاورزی زنان روستایی کاهش یافته است و از عمدهترین دلایل بروز این پدیده در بین گروههای سنی مختلف «تأثیرپذیری از جامعه شهری»، «تمایل به شهری بودن» و «مقایسه خود با دختران و زنان شهرنشین» و... بوده، که همگی موجب ظهور پدیده «دگرگونی ارزشی- هنجاری» در بین دختران و زنان روستایی نسلهای دوم و سوم شده است؛ همچنین، روستاییان با اتخاذ راهبردهایی مانند «عدم تمایل به انجام فعالیت کشاورزی»، «جایگزین کردن نیروی کارگر روزمزدی» و...، به تعامل با این پدیده میپردازند؛ و پیامدهای بهکارگیری این راهبردها در روستای مورد مطالعه عبارتاند از: «اتمام سریع کار در شالیزار»، «افزایش میزان دستمزد کارگران بهدلیل بالا رفتن تقاضا»، «افزایش هزینه کاشت، داشت و برداشت»، «ادامه تحصیل فرزندان و عدم تمایل آنها به انجام فعالیت کشاورزی و زندگی در روستا»، «فروش خانه روستایی به شهرنشینها، اجاره به مستأجران روستایی یا خالی ماندن خانه و...» و «تمایل سایر روستاییان به مهاجرت»

تحلیل عوامل مؤثر بر ناپایداری جمعیت سکونتگاههای روستایی (مورد مطالعه: استان کردستان)
بررسی تحولات جمعیت روستایی استان کردستان در شش دهه اخیر نشان میدهد که روستاهای این استان همواره روند غالب ناپایداری جمعیتی را طی کردهاند. بر این اساس، هدف پژوهش کاربردی حاضر شناسایی مهمترین عوامل تأثیرگذار بر این پدیده در مناطق روستایی و روش آن نیز توصیفی- تحلیلی با رویکرد پیمایشی بود. بدین منظور، نخست، با محاسبه نرخ رشد جمعیت در طول سه دهه از سال 1365 تا 1395، طبقهبندی شهرستانهای مورد مطالعه در سه طبقه (ناپایدار، نسبتاً پایدار، پایدار) صورت گرفت و در مجموع، 23 روستا بهعنوان روستاهای نمونه از هر سه طبقه انتخاب شدند؛ سپس، با استفاده رابطه کوکران، 264 خانوار با روش نمونهگیری خوشهای و طبقهبندیشده در تابستان و پاییز 1398 بهعنوان حجم نمونه انتخاب شدند. توزیع فضایی پایداری سکونتگاههای روستایی با استفاده از نرمافزار GIS در منطقه مورد مطالعه نشان داد که به لحاظ جمعیتی، وضعیت 56 دهستان ناپایدار، 23 دهستان نسبتاً ناپایدار و شش دهستان پایدار است. نتایج رگرسیون گام به گام نیز نشان داد که در تأثیرگذاری بر ناپایداری جمعیت سکونتگاههای روستایی در منطقه مورد مطالعه، عوامل اقتصادی، کالبدی، محیطی و اجتماعی، بهترتیب، با ضرایب بتای 511/0، 478/0، 363/0 و 218/0، در رتبههای اول تا چهارم قرار دارند.

تحلیلی بر تابآوری سکونتگاههای روستایی در برابر زمینلرزه: مطالعه موردی روستاهای کوهستانی و جلگهای شهرستان آمل
با توجه به شدت آسیبپذیری روستاهای ایران در برابر حوادث پیشبینینشده، رعایت استانداردها بهویژه برای ساخت بناهای مقاومتر در برابر زمینلرزه ضروری و اجتنابناپذیر است. از اینرو، مطالعه توصیفی- تحلیلی و میدانی حاضر با هدف بررسی میزان تابآوری روستاهای کوهستانی و جلگهای و کاهش خسارات احتمالی ناشی از زلزله در شهرستان آمل انجام شد. جامعه آماری تحقیق شامل خانوارهای ساکن چهار روستای کوهستانی و چهار روستای جلگهای بود که از آن میان، با استفاده از رابطه کوکران، 270 نفر از سرپرستان خانوار بهعنوان جامعه نمونه انتخاب شدند. گردآوری دادهها با بهرهگیری از روشهای مشاهده و مصاحبه سازمانیافته و نیز پرسشنامه صورت گرفت و برای سنجش و تحلیل دادهها نیز ازمدل تحلیل خوشهای سلسلهمراتبی استفاده شد. طی فرآیند خوشهبندی، روستاهای مورد مطالعه، از نظر میزان تابآوری در برابر زمینلرزه، به چهار خوشه متفاوت طبقهبندی شدند. نتایج مطالعه نشان داد که تکروستای خوشه اول و روستاهای خوشه دوم واقع در منطقه کوهستانی، بهترتیب، آسیبپذیرترین روستاها محسوب میشوند و روستاهای خوشه سوم و تکروستای خوشه چهارم واقع در نواحی جلگهای نیز بهترتیب، از میزان تابآوری بالاتری در برابر زلزله برخوردارند.
