ارزیابی مکانیابی کانون های اسکان عشایر با استفاده از مدل تاپسیس: مطالعه موردی استان چهارمحال و بختیاری
در تحقیق کاربردی حاضر، مکانیابی اسکان عشایر در کانونهای عشایر استان چهارمحال و بختیاری با استفاده از مدل تاپسیس (TOPSIS) به روش توصیفی– تحلیلی صورت گرفت. جامعه آماری تحقیق 1500 خانوار ساکن در 22 کانون عشایری این استان شامل 306 نمونه بود. ارزیابی اسکان با استفاده از 31 شاخص در سال 1395 انجام شد. بر اساس نتایج تحقیق، از مجموع 22 کانون استان، امتیاز شش کانون بالا (6/0 تا یک)، هفت کانون متوسط (4/0 تا 599/0) و نُه کانون ضعیف (صفر تا 399/0) بود؛ همچنین، در بین ابعاد مورد بررسی، بدترین وضعیت به ابعاد اقتصادی و زیست محیطی اختصاص داشت. بر این اساس، مکانیابی موفق کانونهای جدید و پایداری کانونهای موجود مستلزم توجه به تمامی ابعاد توسعه به صورت یکپارچه است.

سرمایهگذاری در گردشگری؛ راهکاری برای توسعه روستایی: مطالعه موردی روستای آزادگان، شهرستان بن
مدیریت و بهرهبرداری پایدار از زیست بومهای طبیعی و نیمهطبیعی مستلزم داشتن اطلاعات کافی از ارزشهای اقتصادی خدمات زیستبومهاست. هدف پژوهش حاضر برآورد ارزش گردشگری حاشیه رودخانه زاینده رود در محدوده روستای آزادگان شهرستان بن و بررسی نقش گردشگری در توسعه این روستا بود. برای برآورد ارزش اقتصادی، از روش ارزشگذاری مشروط (CVM) با بهرهگیری از رهیافت ترجیحات اظهار شده و مدل لوجیت استفاده شد. گردآوری دادههای مورد نیاز با تکمیل 554 پرسشنامه انتخاب دوگانه دوبعدی در روستای آزادگان در سال 1396 صورت گرفت. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که متغیرهای سن، تحصیلات و درآمد پاسخگویان اثر مثبت و معنیدار و متغیرهای اندازه خانوار و مبلغ پیشنهادی اثر منفی و معنیدار بر تمایل به پرداخت (WTP) دارند. همچنین، بر پایه نتایج تحقیق، میزان تمایل به پرداخت هر فرد 8490 ریال در ماه و ارزش کل گردشگری حاشیه زاینده رود 59/6881 میلیون ریال برآورد شد. از اینرو، میتوان با توجه بدین موهبت ارزشمند، به اتخاذ سیاستهای لازم برای سرمایهگذاری در توسعه روستایی پرداخت.

تحلیل اثرات گردشگری روستایی در بهبود رفاه اجتماعی روستاییان: مطالعه موردی روستای برفجین شهرستان همدان
هدف تحقیق حاضر بررسی اثرات مختلف گردشگری روستایی در بهبود رفاه اجتماعی روستاییان در روستای برفجین شهرستان همدان بود. پژوهش از نوع کاربردی و توصیفی- همبستگی بود و در آن، از رویکرد کمی و روش پیمایشی استفاده شد. جمعیت آماری تحقیق 436 تن و جمعیت نمونه 205 تن از روستاییان بودند که با استفاده از جدول کرجسی و مورگان و بر اساس روش نمونه گیری تصادفی انتخاب شدند. ابزار جمع آوری داده ها پرسشنامه بود که سؤالات آن در سه بخش تنظیم شد. تحلیل داده ها با بهرهگیری از روش تحلیل مسیر و مدل معادلات ساختاری به کمک نرم افزار WarpPLS صورت گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که متغیرهای سطح تحصیلات، اثرات اقتصادی گردشگری، اثرات زیرساختی گردشگری، اثرات کشاورزی، و سرمایه اجتماعی به طور مستقیم بر رفاه اجتماعی تأثیرگذارند؛ همچنین، بیشترین تأثیر مربوط به اثرات زیرساختی گردشگری بر اشتغال روستاییان با ضریب مسیر 502/0 و اثرات سرمایه اجتماعی حاصل از گردشگری بر رفاه اجتماعی با ضریب مسیر 372/0 بود.

بررسی و تحلیل چالش های مدیریت نوین روستایی: مطالعه موردی روستاهای شهرستان میاندوآب
پژوهش کاربردی حاضر با هدف تحلیل جامعه شناختی چالشهای مدیریت نوین روستایی در شهرستان میاندوآب و به روش توصیفی- تحلیلی انجام شد. برای تحلیل اطلاعات، از شیوه نظریه زمینهای و آزمون تحلیل عاملی استفاده شد. داده های میدانی در قسمت کیفی به کمک مصاحبههای نیمهساختاریافته با دهیاران بهدست آمد که با انجام 39 مصاحبه، به اشباع نظری رسید و در قسمت کمی (پرسشنامه) نیز جامعه آماری شامل 120 نفر از دهیاران بود. نتایج تحقیق کیفی نشان داد که مهمترین چالشهای پیش روی دهیاران عبارت اند از عدم امنیت شغلی، ضعف انگیزشی، عدم توانمندی فردی، ضعف سازمانی، مشکلات و ضعفهای مقرراتی، ضعفهای مالی دهیاریها و.... همچنین، نتایج کمی نشان داد که از میان شش عامل اصلی در زمینه چالشهای پیش روی مدیریت نوین روستایی با مجموع 97/62 درصد واریانس، مهمترین عوامل عبارت اند از عدم امنیت شغلی، ضعف مالی، فقدان انگیزه، عدم درآمدزایی، نگرش منفی مردم و تعصبات شوراها.

تحلیل چالشها و راهبردهای بهبود امنیت غذایی در خانوارهای روستایی ایران با تحلیل سلسله مراتبی
دسترسی به غذای کافی و مطلوب و سلامت تغذیهای همواره از محورهای اصلی توسعه به شمار میرود. در دهه های اخیر، با برجسته شدن مفهوم توسعه انسانی، مسئله تغذیه ابعاد تازه ای به خود گرفته است. با گسترش روزافزون جمعیت و نیاز بیشتر جوامع انسانی برای تامین غذا، متخصصان و دانشمندان به ارائه راهکارهای متفاوت برای حل این مشکل پرداخته اند. در این راستا، پژوهش حاضر از فرآیند سلسله مراتبی برای اولویت بندی گزیدارها و معیارهای بهبود امنیت غذایی در میان خانوارهای روستایی ایران بهره گرفت. بدین منظور، نخست، با توجه به معیارها و نیز گزیدارهای شناسایی شده، داده های مورد نیاز از طریق بیست پرسشنامه از سوی نمونه ای برگزیده از اعضای هیئت علمی صاحبنظر در مسائل معیشت و امنیت غذایی بر مبنای مقایسه های زوجی گردآوری و تحلیل شد. نتایج حاکی از آن بود که ضعف نظام حمایت از بخش کشاورزی مهمترین چالش امنیت غذایی در میان جوامع روستایی است و پس از آن، چالشهای افزایش قیمت مواد غذایی، تغییرات اقلیمی و زیست محیطی، توسعه نیافتگی جوامع روستایی، و... قرار دارند. همچنین، بر پایه نتایج گزینهها یا راهبردهای امنیت غذایی بر اساس همه معیارها، از میان گزینه های مطرح شده، «متنوع سازی معیشت» بالاترین رتبه را به خود اختصاص داد و مهمترین راهبرد بهبود امنیت غذایی در جوامع روستایی کشور شناخته شد.

نقش اعتبارات خرد در توسعه پایدار روستایی: مطالعه موردی روستاهای تربتجام
محدودیت توان مالی روستاییان افزایش نیاز به سرمایه یا اعتبارات در مناطق روستایی را موجب میشود. اعتبارات خرد میتواند نقدینگی لازم برای انجام فعالیتهای تولیدی روستاییان را فراهم سازد. بنابراین، هدف پژوهش حاضر ارزیابی اثرات اعتبارات خرد در توسعه پایدار روستایی بود. بدین منظور، از الگوریتم جورسازی بر اساس نمره تمایل استفاده شد. گردآوری دادههای پژوهش برای 309 نمونه آماری از طریق تکمیل پرسشنامه صورت گرفت. نتایج آزمون توازن متغیرهای کمکی نشان داد که ناهمگنی متغیرهای کمکی بعد از جورسازی از بین رفته و اریب میانگین و میانه به زیر بیست درصد کاهش یافته است. همچنین، نتایج الگوریتم جورسازی نشان داد که اثر اعتبارات خرد بر شاخص توسعه پایدار مثبت بوده و به دیگر سخن، بهطور متوسط شاخص توسعه پایدار خانوار دریافتکننده در مقایسه با خانوار غیردریافتکننده چهار درصد افزایش یافته است. بر اساس یافتههای پژوهش، میتوان گسترش نهادهای متولی خدمات تعاونی و ترویج، حمایت از نهادهای تأمین مالی خرد محلی، ایجاد و گسترش ساختارهای مشارکتی و همچنین، افزایش قابلیت این نهادها در راستای پاسخ به تقاضای فزاینده را پیشنهاد داد.

نقش سیاستهای دولت در پایداری/ ناپایداری فعالیتهای مولد زراعی: مطالعه موردی شهرستانهای ترکمن و گمیشان از 1360 تا 1390
سیاستهای دولتها یکی از عوامل اثرگذار در فعالیتهای کشاورزی است. پژوهش حاضر با رویکرد کیفی و استفاده از روش تحقیق نظریه زمینهای، به بررسی این عوامل در دو شهرستان ترکمن و گمیشان در استان گلستان طی دوره 1360 تا 1390 پرداخت و در آن، مطالعات میدانی از طریق انتخاب 32 نفر مشارکتکننده به روش گلولهبرفی، صورت گرفت. یافتهها نشان داد که چهار سیاست کشت و توسعة محصولات راهبردی، تنوعبخشی به فعالیتهای اقتصادی با ایجاد شهرکهای صنعتی در نواحی روستایی، سدسازی و نیز تسطیح و زهکشی اراضی عمدهترین سیاستهای اثرگذار دولت در ساخت زراعی و فعالیتهای مولد زراعی ناحیه مورد مطالعه به شمار میروند؛ افزون بر این، افزایش اشتغال روستاییان و افزایش توان خاک از پیامدهای مثبت دو سیاست تنوعبخشی به فعالیتهای اقتصادی و تسطیح و زهکشی اراضی بوده و همچنین، کاهش منافع اقتصادی، تغییر الگوی کشت، کاهش آب رود، افزایش هزینههای دامداری و کاهش دامداری و در نهایت، ناپایداری فعالیتهای زراعی و اقتصاد روستایی و نیز ضعف فعالیتهای مولد زراعی از پیامدهای منفی سیاستهای دولت ارزیابی شده است.
