Therefore, determining the development level of rural sub-districts in the province is essential for planning and development efforts. Thus, it was mainly aimed by this study, using TOPSIS technique for processing, analyzing and classifying the degree of development in the studied sub-districts, based on 41 indicators and 5 main components including education, health, communications, services, and employment. In addition, the ANP model was used for weighting criteria, and Arc GIS 10.3 software was used for data analysis and drawing maps. As shown by the results, about 50 percent of the studied sub-districts were found deprived and there was also a big difference between their development levels. Finally, based on the study results, some recommendations were presented for poverty eradication of the province.}, keywords = {Development,TOPSIS,ANP,Sub-districts,Golestan (Province)}, title_fa = {سطح‌بندی درجه توسعه‌یافتگی دهستان‌های استان گلستان}, abstract_fa = {          گلستان از استان‌هایی است که با 49 درصد جمعیت روستانشین، جزو استان‌های محروم معرفی شده و همین مسئله، شناخت سطح توسعه‌یافتگی دهستان‌ها برای انجام اقدامات برنامه‌ریزی را ضروری ساخته است. از این‌رو، هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی، شناخت و معرفی سطح توسعه‌یافتگی دهستان‌های این استان بود. بدین منظور، از روش تاپسیس ( TOPSIS ) برای پردازش، تحلیل و سطح‌بندی درجه توسعه‌‌یافتگی دهستان‌ها بر مبنای 41 شاخص و همچنین،برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها و استخراج نقشه‌‌ها، از مدل فرایند شبکه‌‌ای تحلیل ( ANP ) برای وزن‌دهی و از نرم‏افزار Arc GIS 10.3 استفاده شد. یافته‌‌ها نشان داد که حدود پنجاه درصد از دهستان‌های استان گلستان، به‏ترتیب، از نظر شاخص‌های بخش آموزش، ارتباطات، خدمات، بهداشت و درمان، و اشتغال محروم‏اند؛ همچنین، تفاوت زیادی بین سطح توسعه‌یافتگی دهستان‌ها از نظر شاخص‌های بررسی‏شده وجود دارد و در نتیجه‌، دهستان‌های استان گلستان، در مجموع شاخص‌ها، توسعه‌نیافته محسوب می‌شوند. در پایان، بر پایه یافته‌های پژوهش، پیشنهادهایی برای محرومیت‌زدایی از دهستان‌ها ارائه شد.     * به‏ترتیب، نویسنده مسئول و استادیار جغرافیا و برنامه‌ریزی شهری، گروه جغرافیا، دانشگاه‌ محقق اردبیلی، اردبیل ( a.mohammadi@uma.ac.ir )؛ دانشیار جغرافیا و برنامه‌ریزی روستایی، گروه جغرافیا، دانشگاه‌ محقق اردبیلی، اردبیل؛ کارشناس ارشد جغرافیا و برنامه‌ریزی شهری، دانشگاه‌ تهران؛ و کارشناس ارشد جغرافیا و برنامه‌ریزی شهری، دانشگاه‌ محقق اردبیلی، اردبیل.}, keywords_fa = {توسعه‌یافتگی,دهستان,مدل تاپسیس ( TOPSIS ),روش فرایند شبکه‌‌ای تحلیل ( ANP ),گلستان (استان)}, url = {http://rvt.agri-peri.ac.ir/article_59460.html}, eprint = {http://rvt.agri-peri.ac.ir/article_59460_dedd88b865e1527b3fafc221c91a7e8f.pdf} }
