For this purpose, the income deciles were initially divided into three general groups including the average of the first to third deciles as the first group, of the fourth to seventh deciles as the second group, and of the eighth to tenth deciles as the third group. Then, the Generalized Ordinary Differential Demand System (GODDS) was estimated using the integrated data of 2006-2017 in Seemingly Unrelated Regression Equations (SURE) method; and using Wald test, Almost Ideal Demand System (AIDS) function was selected as the appropriate functional form. The results of the price elasticity calculation showed that the price elasticity of food demand in rural areas was negative. It was also found that cereals and livestock meat as well as livestock and dairy products and sugar were complementary goods; cereals were known as the complementary goods for livestock, dairy products, and sugar; in addition, vegetables and pulses could be considered as substitutes for cereals in the rural areas. The calculation of income elasticity showed the positive values for food groups in the rural areas, indicating the normality of commodity groups. According to the results, the income elasticity of cereals, livestock, fish meat, shrimp and its products, dairy products, pulses and sugar was obtained a figure more than one, indicating that these foods were considered as the luxury goods.}, keywords = {rural areas,Food security,Consumer Basket,Elasticity,income,Self-Price,GODDS Model,AIDS}, title_fa = {تحلیل سبد مصرفی مواد غذایی خانوارهای روستایی ایران}, abstract_fa = {هدف کلی مطالعه حاضر بررسی و تحلیل سبد مصرفی خانوارهای روستایی در دهک‌های مختلف درآمدی در راستای تأمین امنیت غذایی بود. بدین منظور، نخست، دهک‌های درآمدی به سه گروه کلی تقسیم شدند؛ میانگین دهک‌های اول تا سوم در گروه اول، میانگین دهک‌های چهارم تا هفتم در گروه دوم و میانگین دهک‌های هشتم تا دهم در گروه سوم جای گرفتند. سپس، با استفاده از داده‏های تلفیقی (1385 تا 1396)، مدل تقاضای تفاضلی معمولی تعمیم‌یافته (GODDS) با روش معادلات رگرسیون به‌ظاهر نامرتبط (SURE) برآورد شد؛ همچنین، با استفاده از آزمون والد، مدل سیستم تقاضای تقریباً ایده‌آل (AIDS) به‌عنوان شکل تابعی مناسب انتخاب شد. نتایج محاسبه کشش قیمتی نشان داد که کشش‌های خودقیمتی تقاضای مواد غذایی در مناطق روستایی منفی و مطابق انتظار است و غلات و گوشت دام و نیز گوشت دام، لبنیات، قند و شکر کالاهای مکمل یکدیگرند؛ افزون بر این، غلات به‌عنوان یک گروه مهم از مواد غذایی با گوشت دام، لبنیات، قند و شکر رابطه مکمل دارند و سبزی‌ها و حبوبات را می‏توان به‌عنوان جانشین غلات در مناطق روستایی محسوب کرد. محاسبه کشش درآمدی بیانگر مثبت بودن آن برای گروه‌های مواد غذایی در مناطق روستایی بوده، که نرمال بودن گروه‌های کالایی را نشان می‏دهد. بر اساس نتایج کشش درآمدی غلات، گوشت دام، گوشت ماهی، میگو و فرآورده‌های آن، لبنیات، حبوبات و قند و شکر بیشتر از یک به‌دست آمده، که نشانگر لوکس بودن این مواد غذایی در مناطق روستایی مورد بررسی است.}, keywords_fa = {مناطق روستایی,امنیت غذایی,سبد مصرفی,کشش,درآمد,خود قیمتی,مدل GODDS,مدل AIDS}, url = {http://rvt.agri-peri.ac.ir/article_123173.html}, eprint = {http://rvt.agri-peri.ac.ir/article_123173_00fbbddc243390c8542a1ad5f951ef76.pdf} }
