In this regard, identification and evaluation of texture deterioration cycle is one of the most important parts in the process of rural renewal activities. Hence, based on the four stages of the deterioration cycle (including the formation of primary grounds, the emergence of signs of deterioration, the improper living environment and reduction of texture efficiency, and the completion of deterioration), this study sought to identify the cycle of texture deterioration in rural area of Tehran province in Iran as well as to determine their physical textures in terms of positioning in this cycle using mathematical models. Accordingly, this study was conducted in a descriptive and applied method, and the required information were collected in both library and field methods through a questionnaire and interviews with 260 households and fifteen scientific specialists and local managers in the deteriorated villages fringe of Tehran metropolitan (mostly) in eight selected counties, which their views and opinions were received, described and analyzed. The results showed that the villages of Tehran province were in the third stage of texture deterioration cycle known as "the improper living environment and reduction of texture efficiency".}, keywords = {cycle,deterioration,Rural Textures,Tehran (Province)}, title_fa = {شناسایی و ارزیابی چرخه فرسودگی بافتهای روستایی: مطالعه موردی مناطق روستایی استان تهران}, abstract_fa = {فرسودگی بافت‌های روستایی به‌صورت فرآیندی است و حتی هنگامی که منطقه هنوز در مرحله فرسوده شدن است، قبل از اینکه منطقه کاملاً غیرقابل استفاده شود، باید نوسازی مناطق فرسوده انجام گیرد. در این راستا، شناسایی و ارزیابی چرخۀ فرسودگی بافت از مهمترین مراحل فرآیند نوسازی روستایی است. از اینرو، بر اساس مراحل چهارگانه چرخۀ فرسودگی بافت (شامل شکل‌گیری زمینه‌های اولیه، ظهور نشانه‌های فرسودگی، نامناسب شدن محیط زندگی و کاهش کارآیی بافت و در نهایت، تکمیل فرسودگی)، پژوهش حاضر بر آن بود تا ضمن شناسایی چرخۀ فرسودگی بافت در مناطق روستایی استان تهران، وضعیت بافت کالبدی این مناطق را از دیدگاه موقعیت قرارگیری در هر کدام از مراحل با استفاده از مدلهای ریاضی تبیین و تفسیر کند. بر این اساس، روش تحقیق حاضر از نوع توصیفی-کاربردی بود و جمع‌آوری اطلاعات نیز به دو شیوۀ کتابخانه‌ای و میدانی انجام شد. در این فرآیند، با استفاده از تدوین و تکمیل پرسشنامه، دیدگاه ۲۶۰ نفر از سرپرستان خانوارهای روستایی ساکن در روستاهای دارای بافت فرسوده استان تهران و پانزده نفر از متخصصان شاغل در نهادهای محلی در هشت شهرستان منتخب دریافت و تحلیل شد. نتایج به‌دست آمده نشان داد که روستاهای استان تهران در آغاز مرحلۀ سوم چرخه فرسودگی یعنی، «نامناسب شدن محیط زندگی و کاهش کارآیی بافت» قرار دارند. }, keywords_fa = {چرخه,فرسودگی,بافت‌های روستایی,تهران (استان)}, url = {http://rvt.agri-peri.ac.ir/article_121210.html}, eprint = {http://rvt.agri-peri.ac.ir/article_121210_5a0dabcef77d1b51f2a24d30b2db7547.pdf} }
